Marketing Operations Manager
About the role
and then content from that part. We need to extract responsibilities: bullet list under "In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For". Then sub-bullets under categories: Lead Management & Routing, Data Quality & Enrichment, Conversational Marketing & Engagement Operations, Scoring & Funnel Optimization, AI-Enabled Systems Optimization. Each bullet is a responsibility. We need to extract Minimum Qualifications: list of qualifications. Also "What Can Help Your Application Stand Out" could be considered Skills or Qualifications? Probably "Skills" section. We need Benefits, Pay, Schedule: posting does not mention any benefits, pay, schedule. So we should NOT include those sections. We need to include sections only if there is real specific content. So we will have:About the role
with paragraph(s) from "About The Role" description (the paragraph before bullet list). Also maybe include company description? The instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a shortor drop it." The "About G2 - The Company" and "About G2 - Our People" are not required headings; we could include them as part of About the role? But they are not about the role. However we could include them as a separate section? The allowed headings list includes only those specific ones; we should not create other headings. So we must not add headings like "About G2". So we need to incorporate that info somewhere else, maybe as a paragraph under About the role? But that would be mixing. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could put company overview as a paragraph under About the role? Might be okay but not ideal. However we must preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot drop company description. We need to include it somewhere. Since we cannot create arbitrary headings, we could put it as a
before the first heading? The output is just HTML fragment; we can include
elements not under any heading. That's allowed. The instruction: "Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't forbid other
outside headings. So we can include a
for company overview and people description before the first heading. Thus: start with a
containing the company overview (About G2 - The Company and About G2 - Our People). Then
About the role
with paragraph(s) from that section. ThenResponsibilities
with- items for each responsibility bullet (maybe grouping sub-bullets). Then
Requirements
maybe for Minimum Qualifications? Or we could use Qualifications. The list includes Requirements and Qualifications both. We need to decide which to use. The posting has "Minimum Qualifications" and "What Can Help Your Application Stand Out". We could treat Minimum Qualifications as Requirements, and the standout as Skills. Or we could combine into Qualifications. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could have Requirements (minimum qualifications) and Skills (standout). Or we could have Qualifications (minimum) and Skills (standout). Since both headings are allowed, we can use both. Thus:Requirements
with- for each minimum qualification bullet.
Skills
with- for each "What Can Help Your Application Stand Out" bullet.
We must not include Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
Now we need to extract the exact text, preserving all substantive information, not inventing or summarizing away detail.
Let's extract company overview:

We need to preserve that exactly, but we can format as a paragraph. Might be long but okay.
Now About The Role paragraph:
"About The Role G2 is seeking a hands on Marketing Operations Manager to own and scale the systems behind our marketing to sales pipeline. This role owns critical revenue operations infrastructure, including lead lifecycle architecture, MQA routing and disposition, contact and account enrichment, and the scoring and prioritization frameworks that directly shape pipeline quality and sales efficiency. This role connects Marketing, Sales, and Business Systems, acting as the operational owner responsible for clean lead flow, accurate data, fast speed to lead, and a GTM stack that supports business goals. The ideal candidate pairs deep technical fluency across our MarTech stack (Salesforce, Clay, Marketo, Qualified, Ringlead) with strong analytical judgment and the ability to move fast and stay precise in a B2B SaaS environment."
We need to keep that as paragraph(s). Could be one
. Now responsibilities: list under "In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For". Then bullet points with sub-bullets. We need to convert each top-level bullet into
- possibly containing nested
- for sub-bullets? The instruction: Use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. It doesn't forbid nested lists. We can do nested.
Thus:
Responsibilities

- Manage contact and company level enrichment workflows across Clay and ZoomInfo, including provider waterfall configuration and accuracy validation
- Conversational Marketing & Engagement Operations

- Identify and implement AI-enabled workflows, such as enrichment prompt logic, data QA, or notification triage, that reduce manual work and improve data quality
- Evaluate new AI tools and use cases against existing systems and recommend where automation should replace manual process
under Requirements? Might be okay. But we need to preserve all substantive information; we can include that as a paragraph before the list. Then the qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Systems within a B2B SaaS or technology organization - Deep hands-on expertise with Salesforce and Marketo - Experience building and managing lead routing frameworks, scoring models, and enrichment workflows (RingLead, Clay, or similar platforms) - Experience migrating or replatforming marketing systems, such as moving between CRM, MAP, or lead routing tools, and managing the data and process risk that comes with it - Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management, funnel operations, and GTM processes - Zip contract ownership for marketing tools and budget tracking - Experience partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, SDRs, Data Science or Engineering, and external vendors - Demonstrated experience using AI tools to build, QA, or optimize marketing or data workflows - Analytical mindset with strong troubleshooting and process optimization capabilities - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to balance strategic initiatives with hands-on operational execution We need to preserve exactly. Note "Zip contract ownership" maybe means "End-to-end contract ownership"? Actually it's "Zip contract ownership". We'll keep as is. Now "What Can Help Your Application Stand Out": - Experience with 6sense or another intent data platform - Experience with Qualified - Experience managing a martech vendor budget or credit-based tool (e.g. Clay, ZoomInfo) We'll put under Skills. Now we must not include boilerplate: "Our Commitment to Inclusivity and Diversity", privacy notice, AI hiring process, etc. So we omit those sections. Now produce HTML fragment: start with
for company overview, then
for About The Role paragraph, then headings and lists. Make sure to not include any extra text outside HTML. Let
