Marketing Operations Manager
About the role
The Marketing Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the marketing data infrastructure, systems integrations, and scalable operational architecture are robust and efficient. Reporting to the Senior Director, Marketing Operations, this role will collaborate closely with Marketing, Revenue Operations, IT, and Security teams.
Responsibilities
- Define, build, and maintain scalable data flows and integrations across marketing systems to ensure reliable, consistent, and accessible data
- Design and document integration architecture, field mappings, transformation logic, sync behavior, and system dependencies
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration failures, synchronization issues, and operational bottlenecks
- Partner with RevOps and IT to implement and optimize cross-functional integrations, APIs, and automation workflows
- Support onboarding and integration of new marketing technologies and vendors
- Develop and maintain documentation for system architecture, workflows, governance standards, and operational procedures
- Help establish scalable standards for system configuration, integration design, change management, and operational support
- Support data governance, compliance, audit, and security initiatives in partnership with internal stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reduce manual operational work, and increase process scalability through automation
- Partner with Marketing Data & Analytics, RevOps, and business stakeholders to support trusted reporting, attribution, and funnel visibility
- Support scalable reporting datasets, operational dashboards, and data accessibility across systems
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, Marketing Technology, or related operational roles
- Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms, CRM integrations, lead lifecycle management, and marketing data architecture
- Experience working with APIs, integration platforms, workflow automation tools, or cross-system data flows
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, RevOps, IT, Analytics, and other stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving processes and priorities
- Strong documentation, organization, and operational process management skills

- Experience supporting data governance, compliance, or audit-related initiatives
Benefits
AlphaSense offers a competitive benefits package which includes:
- Base Compensation Range: $114,000 - $140,000 USD
- Performance-based bonus
- Equity
Pay
Base compensation is set based on function and level benchmarked against similar stage growth companies and internal comparables. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience/expertise.
