About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Marketing Operations & Event Specialist to manage our digital analytics infrastructure, event execution workflows, and marketing finance administration. This role is critical in ensuring all marketing campaigns are accurately tracked, webinars and events are executed seamlessly, and day-to-day marketing operations run efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Analytics & Campaign Tracking
- Manage end-to-end campaign tracking infrastructure using GA4, UTM link builders, QR Code Generator, Jotform, and Zoom tracking.
- Monitor website traffic (kcal.net), set up key event tags, and generate regular performance reports.
- Maintain phone tracking logs (Ooma, Freedom Voice) to measure regional advertising performance and campaign effectiveness.
- Webinar & Event Management
- Execute pre- and post-webinar SOPs, including speaker coordination, PPT/media testing, setup, live streaming configuration, Q&A moderation, and post-event lead distribution.
- Manage RSVP collection, attendee verification, registration workflows, and participant communications through Jotform and Excel.
- Ensure all webinars and marketing events are executed smoothly while adhering to established SOPs and timelines.
- Website & Blog Maintenance
- Create and maintain landing pages, event pages, and blog content in both Traditional & Simplified Chinese.
- Apply basic SEO best practices to improve website visibility and user engagement.
- Ensure website content remains accurate, up to date, and aligned with ongoing marketing initiatives.
- Marketing Finance & Admin
- Prepare and track invoices, quotations, and vendor profitability evaluations.
- Maintain and update external business directory listings, including Yelp, Google Business, and Bing, across all company locations.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Digital Marketing, Event Coordination, or a related field.
- Hands-on proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), UTM tracking, Zoom Webinar, Jotform, and CMS (WordPress/Webflow).
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Data filtering, VLOOKUP, pivot tables) for reporting and lead management.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken) is required; Cantonese is a plus.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with strict adherence to SOPs.
