Bilingual Japanese/English Marketing Event Coordinator

About the role

As a Coordinator Event MS, you will assist in providing our Owners and guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories in a supportive, friendly, and beautiful work environment.

Responsibilities

• Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally.
• Verify that individuals meet eligibility requirements for the event and corresponding sales/tours.
• Oversee the event development process, including creating the event, interacting with vendors, and coordinating data and invitation processes.
• Follow the established contract review process to ensure all vendors meet risk management requirements.
• Explain details and requirements related to attending a sales presentation to potential owners.
• Assist coworkers to ensure they understand their role in the event.
• Monitor events to ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
• Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing (e.g., filing, sending emails, typing, faxing).
• Welcome and greet guests, anticipate and address their needs.
• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team goals and respond appropriately to concerns.
• Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Able to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
• Able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 25 lbs without assistance.
• Proficiency in English and Japanese.
• Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy.
