A Bridge School is seeking an experienced Academic Advisor/Bilingual Mandarin to support students in navigating their educational journey. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of academic advising principles, and a passion for helping students achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic guidance and counseling to students
• Develop and implement individualized learning plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure student success
• Assist with college and career planning
• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback
• Stay updated on relevant educational policies and trends

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field
• Experience in academic advising or a similar role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese
