Marketing Operations Coordinator
MarketingFull-time
We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: Overview (maybe not a heading? The instruction: use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Overview is not listed but could be considered "About the role"? The posting has "Overview" then description. We can treat Overview as "About the role". Use About the role
then paragraph.
Responsibilities: list items.
Requirements: list items.
Preferred Skills: maybe under Skills? The instruction: use for Skills. So we can have Skills
with list of preferred skills? Also there is "Job Requirements" which includes required qualifications. Could treat as Requirements.
Also there is "About Mfa Petroleum Company" - could be omitted? It's not a required heading; but we could include as maybe "About the company"? Not in list. Probably we should omit because not in allowed headings and not essential? But we need preserve ALL substantive information. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." So we need to include that info somewhere. Could embed in a
under Overview or separate section not using heading? The instruction says use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use those for section headings. Probably we should stick to those headings only. We can put company info in a paragraph under Overview or maybe under About the role.
Benefits: we have benefits description. Use Benefits
with list.
Pay and Schedule: not present, so omit.
We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, etc. Remove "MFA Petroleum Company is an Equal Opportunity/Drug-Free Employer." Also remove "All MFA Oil employees are expected to know and adhere to company and position specific policies and procedures." Also "While this job description contains the primary duties..." etc. Also remove "Job Requirements" heading? We'll keep content but not heading? Actually we need a heading for Requirements. Use Requirements
. The "Job Requirements" heading can be replaced.
Also remove "Preferred Skills" maybe treat as Skills.
Also remove "About Mfa Petroleum Company" heading but keep content.
Also remove "OUR CULTURE", "GROWTH & DEVELOPMENT" maybe those are not in allowed headings; but they are substantive. Could we include them under a section like "About the company"? Not in list. But we need preserve ALL substantive information. Could we include them as paragraphs under Overview or Benefits? Might be okay to add a About the company
but not in list. The instruction says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). The "e.g." suggests those are examples, not exclusive. But they say "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." Likely they expect only those headings. However they also say "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could combine culture and growth into Benefits? Not appropriate. Maybe we can put them under "About the role" or "Overview". But they'd be long.
Alternatively we could create a section with heading "About the company" but that deviates from examples. Might be okay as it's still an h3. The instruction didn't forbid other headings, just gave examples. Safer to include them as separate sections with appropriate headings like "About the company" and "Culture & Development". But they said "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." This implies we should use those headings for those sections; but we could also use other headings if needed. However to be safe, we could incorporate culture and growth details into a paragraph under Overview or Benefits. But that might be mixing.
Given the instruction to preserve ALL substantive information, we need to include culture and growth details. Let's add a section with Company Culture & Development
. That's still an h3.
We'll also need to include "About Mfa Petroleum Company" description. Could be under "About the company". We'll combine.
Thus sections:
- About the role (Overview paragraph)
- Responsibilities (ul)
- Requirements (ul)
- Skills (Preferred Skills) (ul)
- Benefits (ul)
- Company Culture & Development (maybe two subsections: Culture and Growth & Development) but we can combine.
We must not repeat job title as heading.
We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers.
We must remove boilerplate: EEO, drug-free, policies, other duties as assigned, etc.
Let's extract content.
Overview paragraph: "The Break Time Marketing Operations Coordinator provides administrative and operational support for the Marketing Department and serves as a resource for store locations across a network of 75 convenience stores. - Provide administrative support to the Senior Marketing Manager and assist with special projects and department initiatives.

We should remove the line "All MFA Oil employees are expected to know and adhere to company and position specific policies and procedures." and "While this job description contains the primary duties of the position, employees may be expected to perform other duties as assigned."

We'll make list items:
- Competitive wages
- Paid time off
- Paid company holidays
- Opportunity for eligible employees to share in company success through profit sharing and/or performance incentives
- Health benefits: medical, dental, vision, employee assistance program, company-paid life insurance, short- and long-term disability
- Retirement benefits: 401(k) plan with company match offering pre-tax and Roth options
Now Company Culture & Development: we need to include culture values and growth & development.
Culture values list: Put Customers First, Respect Everyone – Demonstrate high regard or show special attention to customers, coworkers, vendors… everyone you come in contact with., Provide Excellent Service – Go the extra mile to ensure our customers are happy and satisfied with our products and services., Deliver on Your Promises – Do what you say you are going to do, when you say you are going to do it. Growth & Development: "We believe there’s always room to learn and grow, from entry-level employees to senior leaders. Opportunities exist for internal advancement and professional development including on-the-job training. Educational expense assistance is available for employees seeking to continue their education ambitions aligned with their employment within the company."
We'll make two subsections maybe under same heading with paragraphs.
Now About Mfa Petroleum Company description: "MFA Petroleum is a subsidiary of MFA Oil Company, a farmer-owned cooperative founded in 1929. MFA Petroleum operates Break Time convenience stores in Missouri and a Big O Tires franchise in Missouri, Arkansas, and Kansas. MFA Oil supplies fuels, lubricants, and propane to customers in Missouri, Arkansas, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Oklahoma, and Tennessee. MFA Oil also operates BluSphere Energy, a solar panel installation company, and APM, a wholesale fuel distributor."
We could put this under a heading "About the Company". But we already have Overview about role. Maybe we add a section "About the Company". That's an h3.
Thus final sections:
- About the role (overview)
- Responsibilities
- Requirements
- Skills
- Benefits
- About the Company
- Company Culture & Development
Check if any heading duplicates: we have About the role and About the Company distinct.
Now ensure we don't include any boilerplate like "MFA Petroleum Company is an Equal Opportunity/Drug-Free Employer." Remove.
Also remove "All MFA Oil employees are expected to know and adhere to company and position specific policies and procedures." Remove.
Also remove "While this job description contains the primary duties of the position, employees may be expected to perform other duties as
