Responsibilities
- Manage the execution and deployment of email marketing campaigns within Marketo, including email builds, smart lists, program setup, testing, approvals, and distribution.
- Maintain database integrity, audience segmentation, lead management, and list hygiene to support targeted marketing efforts.
- Build and optimize automated campaigns, nurture programs, and lead scoring initiatives.
- Maintain the marketing content calendar in partnership with Marketing and Sales teams.
- Validate the accuracy of automatically generated fund-related email content and data.
- Troubleshoot campaign, deliverability, rendering, and automation issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, scalability, and marketing automation.
- Serve as the primary marketing reporting resource for Sales, providing dashboards, insights, and performance reporting.
- Develop and maintain reporting solutions using Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and BI tools.
- Analyze campaign performance, lead engagement, and marketing effectiveness across digital channels.
- Utilize SQL and other data tools to extract, transform, and analyze marketing data.
- Present actionable recommendations to improve campaign performance and business outcomes.
- Conduct market and competitive research to support marketing and sales initiatives.
- Drive automation and process improvements across marketing operations and reporting workflows.
- Support web content publishing and related digital marketing initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing analytics, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Marketo, including campaign execution, automation, segmentation, database management, and reporting.
- Experience with Salesforce and CRM reporting.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, including Google Analytics and BI platforms such as Domo, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Working knowledge of SQL; Python or R is a plus.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email and web content updates.
Qualifications
- Past experience in FinServ industry is a huge plus.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.
- Experience in financial services or asset management is preferred.
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail.
- Able to balance strategic analysis with operational execution.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Collaborative team player with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to work in office a minimum of four days per week.
