About the role
We're looking for a Marketing Operations Analyst to be the technical backbone of our marketing team. In this role, you'll own the systems, data, and processes that power our marketing engine—from managing our marketing technology stack and optimizing lead flow to building reports that drive strategic decisions.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize our marketing technology stack, including our marketing automation platform, CRM integrations, and supporting tools.
- Maintain accurate, reliable data across marketing and sales systems through database management, enrichment, and data governance best practices.
- Build, automate, and optimize lead scoring, routing, nurturing, and campaign workflows to improve marketing performance.
- Support the execution of email campaigns, landing pages, digital advertising, and other marketing initiatives from a technical perspective.
- Develop dashboards and reports that measure campaign performance, pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and marketing ROI.
- Partner closely with Sales to ensure marketing-qualified leads flow seamlessly through the funnel and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Evaluate new marketing technologies, manage vendor relationships, and create documentation and training that enables the broader marketing team to work efficiently.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar analytical role.
- Experience administering a marketing automation platform such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot, along with a CRM platform (Salesforce preferred).
- Strong understanding of data management, lead lifecycle processes, and marketing operations best practices.
- Experience building reports and dashboards that translate data into actionable business insights.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across Marketing, Sales, and Leadership.
