Sales Drive
- Plan and implement sales strategies.
- Prepare sales budget and achieve the target.
- Monitor and analyze territory/Area sales performance and take corrective actions.
- Identify market opportunities, potential customers, and increase market share.
- Analyze sales trends and recommend strategies to improve business performance.
- Lead and supervise Territory Sales Officers, and field staffs.
- Ensure regular field visits with team members for monitoring and evaluating performance.
- Build a high-performance sales culture within the market.
Team Development
- Lead and supervise Territory Sales Officers, and field staffs.

Team Supervision & Follow up
- Monitor and follow up individual farmers contract (IFC), farmer meeting (FM), demonstration, campaigning and other promotional activities.
- Monitor and follow up daily activities of the team and send report to the reporting personnel.
Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Farmer, Retailers, Dealers and government officials (eg. DAE personnel).
- Ensure adequate product availability as demand.
Market Data & Competitor Analysis
- Analysis of competitor activities, product pricing, business trends and customer preferences.
- Collect market feedback and share insights with sales and marketing team.
Reporting
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates.
Requirements
- Experience: Bachelor of Science in Agriculture.
