Responsibilities
Regional Marketing Leadership: Serve as the primary Corporate Marketing partner to the West Region, ensuring alignment with corporate standards while tailoring strategies to local market needs. Maintain strong knowledge of regional markets, including key owners, developers, architects, and industry trends.
Marketing Strategy & Execution: Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies for key accounts and initiatives, including: Discovery, Creative Brief, Planning, Messaging Frameworks, Channel Strategies, Marketing Plans, Implementation, Creative and Channel Kickoff, Timeline Management, and Execution Oversight. Measure performance using established KPIs and share results with leadership and employees.
Business Development, Pursuits & PR: Partner closely with the West Region Pursuit Marketing team on priority pursuits that differentiate Suffolk and help win new work. Support business development efforts through targeted marketing strategies. Partner with PR agency teams to proactively share insights and strengthen communications.
Events, Storytelling & Brand Stewardship: Support Corporate Events function with national and regional events. Collaborate with Operations and Functional teams to identify compelling stories and develop strategic campaigns. Visit project sites to capture success stories and elevate Suffolk’s visibility through external storytelling. Ensure brand integrity and consistency across all West Region markets.
Measurement & Relationship Building: Report on marketing performance using established KPIs and share results with leadership and employees. Travel to regional offices to build strong relationships and deepen understanding of regional priorities.
Qualifications
5–8 years of progressive marketing experience
Proven strategic thinking and strong business judgment
Demonstrated leadership and collaboration abilities
