Responsibilities
- Engage with internal and external customers to execute Shawgrass marketing projects.
- Provide support to the sales team/VPSA team to enable revenue generation.
- Create segment specific product launch campaigns.
- Identify internal and external resources to help accomplish projects.
- Manage workflow, schedule, and traffic of projects from concept to completion to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
- Create segment specific content including project profiles, case studies and product support materials.
- Provide segment specific training to the organization, including sales account managers.
- Provide content, distribution lists and timing for press releases and media working closely with the Director of Communications to execute.
- Absorb strategy, management, optimization and day to day operation of the company website to ensure it supports brand, marketing, and business objectives.

Requirements
- 4-year business, marketing degree or relevant experience.
- 3+ years marketing and/or product development experience in the artificial grass category is desired or other related area.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication & relationship building skills.
- Ability to be a self-starter and figure out what is needed and follow through to completion.
- Excellent problem solver with outstanding attention to detail.
- Must possess excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Well-developed, effective project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a complex team environment.
- Good public speaking and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel 15%.
