Key Responsibilities
- Design task-specific grading rubrics for marketing deliverables spanning creative briefs, campaign concepts, brand positioning frameworks, integrated campaign plans, ad copy, and client-ready presentations
- Score completed work samples both human-produced and model-generated against established criteria, providing detailed written justification for every rating
- Maintain scoring consistency across large volumes of work so that evaluations are reproducible, defensible, and auditable by senior reviewers
- Incorporate structured calibration feedback from project leads and iterate rapidly to align judgment with established quality benchmarks
- Apply cross-channel fluency to assess work against both creative standards and underlying business objectives
Core Requirements
- Demonstrated senior-level background as a creative director, account lead, or brand strategist at a top-tier global agency, or in a senior brand marketing role at a major consumer company
- Deep craft knowledge across the full marketing development cycle: brief-writing, campaign concepting, brand messaging, and creative evaluation against a strategic objective
- Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to articulate precisely why a deliverable does or does not meet the bar at sentence, argument, and structural levels
- Strong internal consistency and comfort having personal judgment reviewed, calibrated, and challenged by peers and senior evaluators
- Comfort working independently within flexible, self-directed project structures with variable scope and duration
Additional Strengths
- Prior involvement in automation training, human-data annotation, or model evaluation projects
- Experience judging creative work in a formal review or awards context (jury panels, creative reviews, pitch assessments)
