About the Role
The Marketing Manager, Principal will join the Strategic Technology Division on the Endpoint team. You will help evolve our audience and messaging strategy to support the rollout of our proprietary title and settlement workspace across a diverse internal audience spanning multiple divisions.
Responsibilities
- Owning and evolving workspace narrative and messaging strategy, ensuring alignment with product strategy, audience needs, and business priorities
- Developing a deep understanding of audience mindsets across divisions and tailoring messaging and storytelling approaches to support adoption and understanding
- Developing and maintaining messaging frameworks that guide feature communications, storytelling assets, and audience-specific positioning
- Creating and maintaining a centralized library of always-updating narrative resources, including: messaging frameworks, talking points, feature benefits, monthly reports, demos, and success stories
- Working closely with cross-functional teams and broader marketing team, to ensure unique audience and messaging needs are understood and can inform high-level strategy
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, brand strategy, communications, or a related discipline
- Strong audience insight and ability to identify nuanced differences in customer needs, motivations, and mindsets
- Demonstrated expertise in communications and narrative strategy, ideally in the tech space
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives for a variety of audiences
- Deep collaborative sensibility, with the ability to build trust, create alignment, and influence outcomes across a broad range of partners and teams
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
- Ability to work as an IC, with interest in people management long-term
