About the role
The Marketing Manager will lead global marketing efforts for Primos Hunting and Hoppe’s, focusing on creating consumer demand through smart brand and product promotion, best-in-class content and creative services, and insight-driven shopper experiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop, lead, and inspire a highly productive, results-oriented marketing team.
- Work closely with functional partners to ensure a successful, seasonal I2C process.
- Partner with brand and Outdoor Performance leadership to support and reinforce brand strategies and identify opportunities to reach new consumers.
- Execute the plan to deliver brand objectives across all channels and markets.
- Collaborate with industry marketing service providers and the internal agency to create elevated content.
- Communicate product innovation effectively to the consumer through all media channels.
- Lead and leverage brand ambassador marketing relationships.
- Create organic social plans to influence consumers and retail customers via organic channels.
- Develop metrics for the success of all marketing programs, instilling a high-performing team culture.
- Have positive and professional communication with senior leaders outside the Platform.
- Create marketing materials in product packaging, POP, manuals, and sales sheets in conjunction with the agency and channel marketing partners.
- Plan and coordinate product launches across marketing channels and departments.
- Organize trade shows, launch events, and other outside activations.
- Support the selling process with the sales team, including communication and materials, coordinating deliverables timelines to ensure Sales team is fully equipped for successful sell-in.
- Work with the content team in organizing brand digital assets in a DAM for internal and external use.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing
- 5+ years of experience in brand marketing
- Understanding of market data and how to translate that into marketing action
- Outstanding presentation, interpersonal and written communication skills
- Flexibility and a willingness to work within a dynamic and changing work environment
- Experience in marketing to multiple consumer target audiences
- Experience in the hunting industry
