Position Summary The Marketing Manager, Partnerships—Core Lab, will serve as the US marketing lead for pharmaceutical and diagnostics (pharma/dia) partnerships within Company Diagnostics Personalized Healthcare Solutions (PHCS). This position is responsible for developing and executing effective partnership strategies, marketing campaigns, and product launches across Roche’s US Core Lab portfolio. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development, Commercial, Global, Scientific Affairs, and other key stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and maximize partnership opportunities. We are seeking a strategic marketer with expertise in healthcare, diagnostics, and/or pharmaceuticals who excels in customer insight, long-term strategy, and cross-functional leadership. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary marketing lead for Core Lab pharmaceutical partnerships, coordinating with PHCS, Business Development, Global, Medical Affairs, and other stakeholders on all partnership initiatives.Develop and implement comprehensive partnership strategies, including market analysis, pipeline assessment, and go-to-market planning.Gather Voice of Customer insights to inform partnership decisions and strategy refinement.Present strategic recommendations to internal teams and external pharma partners, ensuring alignment and effective execution.Lead the creation and execution of partnership marketing campaigns, including product launches for high-value biomarkers.Build reusable marketing frameworks and processes for efficient, scalable partnership management.Collaborate closely with Clinical Marketing and other key functions to support Roche’s high-value disease areas and portfolio growth. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing, business, sales, or related fields within the healthcare industry.At least 5 years of healthcare marketing experience within diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, or both (strong preference for cross-sector experience). Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategies delivering measurable business impact.Outstanding cross-functional leadership and the ability to influence a wide range of internal and external partners.Proven track record managing successful marketing campaigns, driving business growth.Strong customer orientation and priority-setting skills, with a dedication to improving patient and client outcomes.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite tools.
