Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive lead generation and align with our business goals.
  • Establish and lead a high-performing marketing department, including hiring, mentoring, and growing the team.
  • Implement and oversee lead generation initiatives across various channels, including digital marketing, content creation, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Conduct go-to-market research to identify market opportunities, target audiences, and competitive landscapes.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts that support sales and business development.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum ROI.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, media, and industry partners, and vendors.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve performance.
  • Drive our efforts to win the Best Places to Work award by promoting our unique company culture and values.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • 10+ years of marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on lead generation.
  • Strong marketing agency or in-house B2B experience.
  • Proven success in developing and executing lead-generation strategies that drive growth.
  • Knowledge of the Solutions and Technology sales industry and its marketing dynamics.
  • Experience in Managed Print Services (MPS) is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, lead generation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Passionate about creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Valued Skill Set

  • Expertise in HubSpot CRM and its various functionalities for lead generation and marketing automation.
  • Knowledge of the Managed Print Services (MPS) industry and its marketing dynamics.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Experience in content marketing and creating compelling content that drives engagement and conversions.
  • Knowledge of email marketing best practices and tools.
  • Ability to manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns.
  • Experience with A/B testing and using data to inform decision-making.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Experience in conducting go-to-market research to identify new market opportunities and develop targeted strategies.
