  • Establish clear governance routines for priority partnerships, including stakeholder alignment, decision forums, issue escalation, partner communications, and leadership updates, in partnership with Marketing Operations.
  • Define partnership KPIs and reporting approaches that connect partner activity to business outcomes across acquisition, engagement, retention, customer value, and brand performance.
  • Prepare concise recommendation briefs, partnership business cases, and executive-ready materials that support prioritization and decision-making.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure partnership concepts are operationally feasible, compliant, brand-aligned, and supported by appropriate controls and measurement plans.
  • Track partnership pipeline, milestones, risks, dependencies, and performance results to create transparency and accountability across the portfolio.

  • Experience managing external vendor, platform or strategic partner relationships, including cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess external partnership opportunities and translate partner capabilities into practical business, marketing and experience recommendations.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate partnership value, business impact, operational feasibility, risk considerations, audience alignment and potential tradeoffs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and synthesizing complexity into clear narratives.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity with a bias for action while maintaining strong judgment, governance, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a matrixed organization.
  • Works well under pressure and able to meet tight deadlines.
