FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is seeking a full-time Marketing Manager to join our team at our Longmont, CO, location! The Marketing Manager oversees the marketing activities and long-term marketing strategy for the clinic. The Marketing Manager will build strong personal and direct working relationships with the clinic’s workforce, market physicians, and broader medical communities.
Responsibilities
- Foster and nurture the physician marketing effort for all co-op locations.
- Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about FYZICAL and drive qualified traffic.
- Oversee paid advertising opportunities in print publications, digital advertising, and other potential advertising avenues.
- Identify and explore various organic and paid acquisition channels to determine best practices at a local level to employ for the clinic.
- Produce valuable and engaging content for the clinic’s digital landscape that attracts and converts our targeted demographics.
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a monthly and annual basis – allocating funds and spend wisely.
- Oversee and approve marketing material (digital, advertisement, and print).
- Manage 3rd party partners in public relations, digital advertising, and traditional advertising spaces.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
- Maintain clinic’s email marketing efforts – This includes the Email Database, Email Copy, and Metric Reporting.
- Manage and maintain all marketing tools and resources.
- Track of marketing initiatives to point to ROI.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration or Marketing preferred.
- Recent and direct experience working in a communications position within a sales or marketing environment may be substituted in lieu of education and/or experience requirements.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to complete assigned tasks thoroughly and in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Fluent in computer programs.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
