About the role
The Marketing Manager II will execute marketing strategies for InComm Incentives and IIShop, driving measurable lead generation and supporting revenue growth. This role partners closely with Sales and Account Management to develop integrated marketing programs that generate demand, accelerate pipeline, and strengthen client engagement. The ideal candidate is proactive, data-driven, and collaborative, with a focus on expanding reach and improving conversion in the B2B gift card and incentives marketplace.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies supporting sales pipeline growth for Incentives and IIShop.
- Identify demand generation opportunities, market expansion, and campaign optimization.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform marketing initiatives.
- Refine marketing strategies based on performance data and sales team feedback.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
- Position InComm as a leader in the B2B gift card and incentives space.
- Develop marketing materials, sales collateral, and digital assets to strengthen brand presence.
- Improve SEO and GEO to optimize website content, landing pages, and digital assets for search engines and AI-driven discovery.
- Partner with Sales and Account Management to align marketing initiatives with business development goals.
- Facilitate monthly collaboration meetings to review campaigns, pipeline performance, and opportunities.
- Develop marketing campaigns and materials supporting sales outreach, client acquisition, and account growth.
- Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, paid media, content marketing, and web initiatives.
- Drive and optimize lead generation programs to attract and convert prospects.
- Develop compelling marketing content and messaging for B2B buyers.
- Maintain and manage the marketing campaign calendar.
- Own CRM strategy and lead lifecycle management, ensuring proper capture, tracking, and nurturing of leads.
- Manage the full funnel from lead generation to sales handoff, ensuring alignment with sales processes.
- Monitor lead quality, pipeline progression, and campaign attribution.
- Implement lead nurturing workflows to improve conversion rates.
- Track and analyze key marketing metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
- Provide regular reporting and insights on marketing performance to leadership.
- Use analytics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
- Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
- Collaborate with internal design and creative teams to produce high-quality marketing assets.
- Support marketing budget planning and ensure effective allocation across initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or marketing management.
- Experience working closely with sales teams to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and lead lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems.
- Familiarity with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Familiarity with SEO/GEO strategies and tools (e.g., BrightEdge).
- Proven experience executing email, social, and paid media campaigns.
- Analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign performance and optimizing results.
- Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience or familiarity with the B2B gift card, incentives, or fintech ecosystem is a plus.
