Marketing Manager, Go-To-Market
The Marketing Manager, Go-To-Market role at Imprint is responsible for launching and executing marketing strategies for new partner integrations. Key responsibilities include:
Defining launch strategy and target segments for every new partner integration
Building multi-channel launch plans covering PR, lifecycle, web, affiliates, paid, and organic
Ensuring launch readiness and execution across all marketing surfaces
Managing launch workback schedules and execution plans end-to-end
Driving cross-functional alignment and accountability across teams
Developing and executing co-marketing programs with Imprint's brand and retail partners
Collaborating with Business Development, Growth, and Product to translate partnership milestones into marketing activations
Building and maintaining Imprint's marketing launch playbook and standards
About the role
This is a high-impact individual contributor role reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, sitting at the intersection of brand, growth, and partnerships.
Responsibilities
Own launch strategy and target segments for every new partner integration
Partner with GMs and the partner's marketing team to build multi-channel launch plans covering PR, lifecycle, web, affiliates, paid, and organic
Own launch readiness and execution across all marketing surfaces
Manage launch workback schedules and execution plans end-to-end
Drive cross-functional alignment and accountability across teams
Develop and execute co-marketing programs with Imprint's brand and retail partners
Collaborate with Business Development, Growth, and Product to translate partnership milestones into marketing activations
Develop and maintain Imprint's marketing launch playbook and standards
Qualifications
Demonstrated track record of owning and executing co-marketing or partner marketing programs with measurable results
Strong understanding of GTM strategy, campaign development, and multi-channel marketing execution (PR, lifecycle, web, affiliates, paid, organic)
Experience owning launch timelines, workback schedules, and cross-functional execution plans end-to-end
Experience working cross-functionally with business development, growth, product, and creative teams
Ability to manage multiple partner relationships and workstreams simultaneously with clarity and follow-through
Clear, compelling communicator in writing, in presentations, and in partner-facing settings
Data-informed approach to evaluating campaign performance and optimizing programs
