About the role
Jewish Family & Career Services of Atlanta (JF&CS) is seeking an organized, detail-driven Marketing Manager to serve as the internal account manager and project manager for our marketing department — keeping strategy, campaigns, and day-to-day requests moving on time and on track.
This is a generalist role that blends project management with hands-on marketing execution, from managing the project pipeline in Monday.com to building assets in Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva.
The Marketing Manager will report to the Director of Marketing and will have no direct reports.
Responsibilities
Your real superpower will be juggling multiple projects at once — managing timelines, coordinating people, and helping shape and execute marketing strategy along the way.
- Project & Account Management: Serve as the internal account manager and project manager for the marketing department, managing intake, timelines, and priorities for all requests.
- Build and maintain the department's project pipeline in Monday.com, keeping tasks, deadlines, and statuses current.
- Track progress across campaigns and projects, flagging risks early and keeping deadlines on track.
- Coordinate with program and department stakeholders to gather requirements, set expectations, and communicate timelines.
- Strategy & Execution: Assist the Director of Marketing in developing and executing the department's marketing strategy.
- Translate strategic priorities into concrete project plans, campaigns, and deliverables.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across channels.
- Design & Production: Assist with graphic design and production using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
- Create and update marketing materials such as flyers, one-pagers, presentations, and social graphics.
- Ensure all materials are on-brand and consistent with JF&CS style guidelines.
- Internal Partnerships: Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for internal teams and programs requesting marketing support.
- Partner with team members to align priorities and avoid duplicated effort.
- Support the Director of Marketing with reporting, meeting prep, and other department operations as needed.
Requirements
- Organized, detail-oriented, and a natural project manager.
- Someone who takes ownership and keeps track of a hundred moving pieces at once.

- Design experience in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
- A solid understanding of marketing strategy and campaign execution.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and keep multiple stakeholders aligned.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of Jewish culture and traditions strongly preferred.
- College degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
- Flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends.
