JOB SUMMARY

Higher Logic is seeking a Marketing Manager to execute marketing campaigns that drive pipeline growth, customer engagement, and cross-sell opportunities within the association market.

Campaign Execution

  • Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that support product launches, demand generation, and customer growth initiatives.
  • Coordinate campaign assets, implement marketing programs across channels, and ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule.
  • Run and optimize campaigns across channels such as email, paid media, webinars, landing pages, digital programs, and events.
  • Campaign assets, messaging, and timelines are coordinated with Product Marketing and Customer Growth teams.
  • Maintain campaign calendars and ensure programs launch smoothly.

Pipeline Growth & Optimization

  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and share insights with internal stakeholders.
  • Recommend improvements to campaign tactics and targeting.
  • Run experiments and tests to improve engagement, conversion, and pipeline contribution.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Product and Customer Marketing as well as other marketing team members to ensure campaigns support go-to-market priorities.
  • Align campaigns with product launches and customer growth initiatives.
  • Ensure campaigns support the broader marketing and revenue strategy.

AI-Enabled Marketing

  • Leverage AI tools to increase marketing productivity, improve campaign execution, and accelerate learning.
  • Use AI tools to assist with campaign development, content iteration, and segmentation.
  • Experiment with AI-driven approaches to improve marketing performance and efficiency.
  • Contribute insights and learnings that help the marketing team scale AI-enabled marketing practices.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or campaign execution within a technology or SaaS company.
  • Experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns including email marketing, paid media, webinars, and digital programs.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience working with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Gong.
  • Ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience Desired

  • Experience marketing to associations, membership organizations, or nonprofit organizations.
  • Experience supporting product launches or lifecycle marketing programs.
  • Familiarity with AI tools used in marketing workflows.
