Responsibilities
- Help define and execute growth strategies for the subscription portfolio, including existing and future offerings.
- Analyze customer, market, and business insights to identify opportunities that improve acquisition, engagement, retention, and subscriber lifetime value.
- Partner with business and product stakeholders to influence subscription strategy and future investments.
- Serve as the primary marketing partner to the subscription’s product team, contributing to product roadmaps, customer experiences, value propositions, and launch strategies.
- Provide customers, market, and competitive insights to support product planning and future subscription experiences.
- Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new subscription products, benefits, features, and related business initiatives.
- Develop positioning, messaging, launch strategies, and marketing plans that drive awareness, trial, adoption, and long-term engagement.
- Partner with analytics, lifecycle marketing, and business teams to measure performance and identify opportunities to optimize conversion and retention.
- Identify opportunities to position subscriptions as a key driver of customer value, engagement, and community participation.
- Collaborate closely with affiliate marketing, product lifecycle marketing, paid media, and growth teams to develop and execute acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies.
- Help define channel strategies, promotional plans, and activation frameworks that maximize subscription growth and overall business impact.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, subscriptions marketing, or a related marketing discipline.
- Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies for consumer products, digital services, subscription businesses, or recurring revenue offerings.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and collaborating with stakeholders across product, marketing, analytics, and business teams.
Experience
- Strong product marketing and go-to-market planning expertise.
- Ability to analyze customer, market, and business data to identify growth opportunities.
- Experience driving acquisition, engagement, retention, and customer lifecycle initiatives.

- Experience marketing subscription products, membership programs, digital commerce offerings, or recurring revenue businesses.
- Experience working with affiliate marketing, paid media, customer relationship management (CRM), lifecycle marketing, or growth marketing channels.
- Experience in gaming, entertainment, creator platforms, digital marketplaces, or consumer technology industries.
- Knowledge of Minecraft and a passion for gaming, online communities, and customer engagement.

Pay
The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $50.00 - $52.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law.
