For our client, we are seeking a Marketing Manager, Automation to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will shape and execute marketing strategy for an automation-focused portfolio within a healthcare environment. The position will translate technical capabilities into compelling customer messaging that supports commercial goals and stronger market adoption. You will partner closely with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders to build awareness, sharpen value propositions, and improve customer engagement. Success in this role will be measured by the quality of the messaging, the effectiveness of programs, and the ability to communicate complex solutions clearly. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $117,714 – $155,000 annually Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing strategies for the automation portfolio aligned with commercial goals Lead integrated marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement Create and manage customer-facing value propositions and promotional materials Collaborate with Sales and other teams to drive customer adoption and success Conduct market research to identify opportunities and inform product development Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and tools Track program effectiveness through KPIs and report on performance metrics Qualifications Bachelor's degree or 10 years of equivalent experience in Sales or Marketing Minimum 10 years of experience in healthcare or medical device commercial roles Strong balance of leadership, interpersonal, and conceptual skills Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills Proven ability to simplify complex technology into clear marketing messages High level of professionalism and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan with company match Employee assistance program Employee Stock Purchase Plan Paid time off including sick time and holidays Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
