Marketing Manager
At Workstreet, we’re on an exciting journey to help businesses scale securely by designing and implementing cutting-edge security and compliance programs. As a fast-growing startup, we specialize in a wide range of GRC (governance, risk, and compliance) services that support frameworks across SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, CMMC, NIST 800-171, NIST 800-53, and FedRAMP. We empower companies to meet regulatory requirements and enhance their cybersecurity posture from day one.
We move fast; this is a hyper-growth GTM org — a like-minded collective of builders, doers, and high-agency individuals. We work on the leading edge with companies to solve their most critical security and compliance challenges.
About the role
We're looking for our first Marketing team member — a T-shaped marketing generalist who can both develop strategy and execute tactically on all marketing tasks, while also managing external agencies and contractors to scale our marketing efforts. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role reporting directly to the CRO. You'll work closely with our sales team, subject matter experts, and leadership to accelerate growth.

- Agency & Vendor Management
- Source, evaluate, and manage external agencies for content creation, paid advertising, and SEO
- Coordinate with freelance writers, designers, and specialists to execute marketing campaigns
- Manage agency relationships and ensure deliverables align with our positioning and brand
- Build hybrid marketing model combining internal strategy with external execution
- Content & Demand Generation

- High-velocity operator - Systematically prioritize and orchestrate a high volume marketing engine that matches the Workstreet business pace
- Autonomous startup operator - Deploy sharp problem-solving instincts to perform at a premium standard without standard corporate scaffolding, taking immediate initiative to navigate task load

- Commitment to working a standard schedule of 8:00 AM–5:00 PM in your local time to effectively collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and cross-functional partners
- Willingness and ability to travel locally for occasional onsite meetings, team gatherings, or business activities as needed
