Marketing Manager
About the role
Weaver is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and develop marketing activities aimed at increasing revenues, brand recognition, and market share. This role will work closely with firm executives and partners to develop comprehensive annual marketing plans and execute them successfully.
Responsibilities
- Support the strategic development and execution of marketing budgets and plans in coordination with industry and practice group stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for designated internal stakeholders and marketing plans.
- Understand needs and objectives of plan stakeholders and provide recommendations to drive their business growth.
- Collaborate with plan stakeholders and marketing team resources to develop and execute a wide array of marketing tactics including campaigns, events, sponsorships, thought leadership content development and promotion, marketing collateral development, website content creation and more.
- Regularly seek out ways to add value to stakeholder relationships by providing ideas and insights on how to achieve the desired business results.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies and make data-driven recommendations.
- Proactively address any issues or concerns to ensure a high level of internal client satisfaction related to marketing projects.
- Ensure appropriate timelines for development, production, and delivery of marketing plan activities as well as new requests.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related business discipline.
- 5+ years of relevant B2B marketing, communications, and/or digital marketing experience.
- Proven accomplishments in planning, executing, and reporting project metrics.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills.
- Able to take strategic control of plans/accounts.

- Ability to balance several assignments at once, while prioritizing and meeting deadlines; you know how to balance research, development, execution, and reporting.
- Ability to articulate and present technical content in a user-friendly format; you enjoy connecting the dots and translating complex topics into visual communications.
- Excellent relationship skills; you have the ability to collaborate with teams and develop relationships at all levels in the organization.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), social platforms (LinkedIn preferred) as well as marketing automation platforms (HubSpot) and analytics platforms; experience in Microsoft Teams, Monday.com and related project management tools preferred.
- Ability to operate without direction in areas of uncertainty and ambiguity; you own projects and navigate relationships to make goals reality.
- Ability to work and interact effectively with executive leadership, partner and director stakeholders; you enjoy engaging with others and making project plans come to life.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; you exude enthusiasm and inspire trust.
- Ability to use excellent judgment, handle confidential materials and display a professional demeanor; you are authentic and act with integrity.
