About the role

Grass Clippings Rolling Hills in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Full-Time Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is part of Troon, a global leader in golf and community management, and is responsible for leading all marketing strategy and execution for Grass Clippings Rolling Hills and Glenrosa.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all marketing strategy and execution for both brands, overseeing their presence on social media, digital content, event marketing, partnerships, and community engagement.
  • Grow awareness, drive traffic, and deepen the connection between both brands and its community.
  • Own how Grass Clippings and Glenrosa show up in the world—across social platforms, email, events, partnerships, and the broader community.
  • Work directly alongside the General Manager and collaborate cross-departmentally with Golf, F&B, and Events to ensure marketing is integrated into every activation, program, and guest touchpoints.

Requirements

  • Marketing leadership experience in hospitality, food and beverage, entertainment, or a lifestyle brand.
  • Strong creative instincts and hands-on content creation skills.
  • The strategic ability to manage campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, works well across departments, and genuinely loves building brands that feel alive.

Qualifications

  • Experience with or willingness to learn: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook management, Canva, CapCut, & Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Email marketing platforms - SquareAudience segmenting/targeting strategy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, SquareSpace & Shopify Website Builders.
  • Photo & video campaign planning.
  • Google Analytics & social insights.
  • Event & activation promotion+planning.
  • Influencer and partnership outreach.
  • Budget tracking & campaign reporting.
  • Experience with Monday.com, Asana, similar platform.

Skills

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
