Marketing Manager

About the role

As Marketing Manager, you steer how the world sees our team and mission. You coordinate all marketing and communications, lead a small team, and work closely with partnerships and management to ensure consistent, effective storytelling across every channel. Marketing Leadership & Communications: plan the strategy, lead the team, deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the marketing & communication strategy for the team and project cycle.
• Lead the marketing & communications team; align priorities with partnerships and management.
• Help manage channels: social media, newsletters, website updates, and press releases.
• Coordinate sponsor visibility and partner communications with the partnerships team.
• Oversee branding, design, and content production (such as photo, video, graphics) to keep a coherent identity.
• Support internal communication and foster team spirit through storytelling and events.
• Monitor analytics and engagement; continuously strive to improve reach and impact.

Requirements

• Passionate about sustainability and innovation.
• A natural communicator and creative thinker.
• Organized, proactive and confident leading a team.
• Skilled or eager to learn in tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, Mailchimp and HubSpot.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Curious about marketing, branding and what drives audiences.
• Ready to fully commit to an unforgettable project experience.
