Position Summary

Thrive is a vertically integrated real estate developer focused on large‑scale, mixed‑use communities that blend residential, commercial, and lifestyle spaces. The Marketing Manager will lead brand storytelling and marketing for Thrive’s amenity brands—The Little Grand, Bada Bean Bada Booze, The Athletic Co., and Thrive Events—driving revenue through compelling campaigns while maintaining a consistent Thrive brand presence across all touchpoints. This role works daily with cross‑functional leadership to translate each vertical’s business goals into marketing strategies that boost revenue, memberships, event sales, and community engagement. The position reports to the VP of Brand & Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary marketing partner to Thrive amenity brands, driving revenue‑focused campaigns and promotions that align with larger business objectives and operational realities.
  • Create campaigns that meet key revenue targets and promote private event space bookings, supporting attendance and revenue goals.
  • Partner with cross‑functional marketing teams to keep brand voice and campaign strategy consistent between residential and amenity‑brand marketing, and cross‑promote relevant events to keep communities vibrant and foster resident belonging.
  • Brief, guide, and approve content in partnership with social media and creative teams, setting campaign KPIs, creative direction, and evaluating performance for each amenity brand.
  • Write comprehensive creative briefs and direct the creative team on food & beverage, wellness, and events campaigns from concept through execution.
  • Support new location openings and launches (new Little Grand or Bada locations, Athletic gyms, major events) with go‑to‑market strategy, including local PR coordination.
  • Own marketing budgets by managing spend, tracking ROI, and reporting results to leadership.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills, Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
  • 4–6 years of marketing experience, ideally spanning hospitality, food & beverage, fitness/wellness, or experiential/events marketing.
  • Proven ability to manage marketing for multiple distinct brands or business lines simultaneously, each with its own voice and commercial goals.
  • Experience marketing food & beverage, fitness/wellness, or lifestyle brands is a strong plus.
  • Skilled at managing cross‑functional and external partner relationships—comfortable serving as the connective tissue between operators and a central brand team.
  • A natural creative who can write a brief, shape a concept, and recognize great work.
  • Comfortable building and presenting KPI frameworks and campaign performance reports.
  • Familiar with traditional and digital marketing tactics, customer segmentation, experiential marketing, and content platforms; experience with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) a plus.
  • Comfortable spending meaningful time on‑site across F&B, wellness, and event venues—not a purely desk‑based role.

Benefits

  • Retirement plan and company match
  • Full suite of health benefits
  • Philanthropic opportunities and engagement
  • Parental and family leave
