Marketing Manager
About the role
We're looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team. This role combines elements of marketing operations, product marketing, and execution. You'll own the systems and programs that keep our marketing engine running, while also playing a central role in bringing our product to market.
Responsibilities
Own marketing operations end-to-end: Maintain workflows, lead scoring, contact management, segmentation, and reporting in HubSpot. Ensure marketing data is clean, attribution is accurate, and funnel metrics tell a true story. Partner with Rev Ops and Sales Ops to align systems.
Drive conversion rate optimization across the funnel: Run structured A/B tests on website, landing pages, email, and paid channels. Identify drop-off points and implement improvements. Follow insights all the way through to implementation.
Bring product marketing rigor to our GTM motion: Support new product launches with messaging frameworks, positioning documents, sales enablement assets, and competitive intelligence. Translate product capabilities into buyer language and keep marketing assets up to date as the product evolves.
Build and run customer marketing programs: Own lifecycle communications for existing customers, including onboarding sequences, expansion campaigns, and retention programs. Work with Customer Success to build a customer reference pipeline and advocate program.
Serve as the team's operational backbone: Own the marketing calendar, project tracking, and cross-functional coordination. Flag blockers, close loops, and ensure campaigns and launches land on time. Provide structure where it's missing and make sure the team has what it needs to execute.
Use AI to accelerate output: Automate repetitive tasks, improve workflow efficiency, and help the team get more done with less. Build something new if it solves a real problem.
