About the role

The position involves leading integrated marketing campaigns, shaping platform and fund positioning, and ensuring alignment across channels, audiences, and teams. This role plays a central role in driving fundraising support, strengthening the brand, and building investor engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Own the planning and execution of full-funnel marketing campaigns across channels, including client and prospect communications, internal communications, digital, and content distribution.
  • Translate business priorities into cohesive, multi-channel campaign strategies.
  • Support marketing infrastructure and campaign mapping to improve scalability and efficiency.
  • Define and evolve platform, fund, and audience segmentation, and develop clear, differentiated messaging and positioning frameworks.
  • Ensure consistency of narrative across campaigns, channels, and materials.
  • Drive brand and narrative evolution by contributing to the ongoing development of brand architecture and platform narrative, and helping shape how the platform is positioned in a competitive and evolving market.
  • Manage external partners by providing clear direction, feedback, and quality control to ensure output meets brand and strategic standards.
  • Measure and optimize performance by partnering with analytics to track campaign and fund-level performance, analyze engagement across channels, and translate insights into actionable recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Deliver market and competitive insights by monitoring competitive landscape and industry trends, synthesizing insights to inform messaging, campaign strategy, product positioning, and more.
  • Work closely with investment teams, product team, editorial/content lead, events, design, PR, and others to integrate content into campaigns, align content planning with campaign priorities, ensure consistent distribution across channels, and more.

Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of experience in marketing, ideally within asset management, private markets, or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation and positioning, content and campaign integration, marketing performance measurement.
  • Experience working across digital and offline channels, cross-functional teams, and senior stakeholders.
  • Structured and organized, with strong project and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, curious and commercially minded, with an interest in markets and investing.
  • Able to collaborate with senior stakeholders, work across borders, influence outcomes, and have an entrepreneurial mindset and intellectual curiosity.
  • Passionate about working in a creative and collaborative environment, able to handle pressure and adapt to change.
