Marketing Manager
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies focused on account-based marketing to engage key accounts and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, translating insights into actionable marketing plans.
- Create compelling marketing content, including case studies, white papers, and presentations, that effectively communicate the value of our technology solutions.
- Manage and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and events, to maximize reach and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders to inform future marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers, to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive business results.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree or certifications in marketing or business is a plus.
Skills
- Marketing campaigns and content tailored to biotech and life sciences audiences.
- Internal and external technical writing for product communications.
- Platform guides and user-facing content.
- Bridging IT tech capabilities with business unit narratives across LSG CDG and related functions.
- Positioning IT tech products and platforms in context of clinical diagnosis and life science workflows.
- Well-versed in AI content generation tools, part of standard workflow.
