What You’ll Do
- Lead the development of proposals, prequalifications, and presentations from kickoff through submission
- Partner with technical teams to create compelling, client-focused marketing materials
- Manage SF 330s, government forms, and pursuit tracking
- Oversee and enhance brand standards, marketing collateral, and visual identity
- Maintain and grow website and social media presence (LinkedIn, etc.)
- Track leads, opportunities, and marketing performance
- Keep resumes, project data, and marketing materials current and tailored
- Support conferences, events, and thought leadership initiatives
What You Bring
- 5+ years of marketing experience in professional services (A/E/C preferred)
- Proposal management experience (SF 330 knowledge a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office + Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign required)
- Experience with Deltek Vision or similar CRM a plus
- Excellent writing, organization, and project management skills
- Able to manage multiple deadlines with minimal oversight
- Collaborative mindset and strong attention to detail
