Pursuits
Marketing Management (40%)
- Coach and mentor the regional pursuit team, focusing on continuous professional growth, tailored development opportunities, and goal setting.
- Manage regional pursuit workloads, balancing resource allocation, team capacity, and project priorities.
- Oversee quality control for pursuit-related deliverables and ensure critical data and marketing assets are accurately maintained in core systems.
- Partner with marketing leadership across regions to elevate best practices, streamline tools, and build team effectiveness.
- Partner with studio and business leaders to develop and execute pursuit, interview, and client engagement strategies.
- Guide strategic go/no-go discussions, capture planning, and win strategy development.
- Coach pursuit teams in developing compelling proposals, presentations, and interview content.
- Monitor pursuit performance metrics, win rates, and pipeline activity to identify trends and inform strategic decision-making.
- Lead or support lead tracking, opportunity research, competitive intelligence, and capture planning efforts.
- Partner with regional and firmwide leadership to identify market trends, client opportunities, and strategic marketing initiatives that advance regional growth objectives.
- Collaborate on annual marketing plans to expand the firm’s regional market share.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required.
- Minimum of 7 years of work experience in the A/E/C industry required.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of management experience required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and InDesign required.
- Experience with CRM, digital asset management, and proposal automation systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, OpenAsset, or similar platforms preferred.
- CPSM certification preferred.

Pay
The anticipated salary range for this position is $90,000 to $106,000 annually and you are eligible for a performance-based bonus each year.
