Marketing Manager

Love marketing, writing, and helping a team win new business? We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join a well-established commercial construction company in the Charlotte area. This role will focus on proposals, presentations, content, and other marketing initiatives while partnering with business development and project teams. The ideal candidate is a strong writer, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of marketing experience within construction, architecture, engineering, or another AEC environment
• Strong proposal/RFP experience with excellent writing and presentation skills
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities
• Comfortable working with construction and project teams to gather information and develop marketing materials

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience

Pay

$85k-$95k
