We must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Content: - Intro: At Sensient Technologies... . - Responsibilities: the "What You’ll Do:" list. - Requirements: maybe "What You’ll Bring:" includes education, experience, etc. Could be split into Requirements and Qualifications and Skills. But we need to decide: The instruction says use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We should include only those with real content. We have: - About the role: intro paragraph. - Responsibilities: bullet list from "What You’ll Do". - Requirements: maybe education and experience requirements? Could be "Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in marketing, business, or a related field; master’s degree is preferred. 10 or more years of marketing experience, including experience leading marketing initiatives and developing strategies that support business growth. Experience in manufacturing and business-to-business environments, preferably supporting companies that serve consumer packaged goods (CPG) customers." - Qualifications: maybe "Strong understanding of market research, competitive analysis, customer requirements, product positioning, pricing, and profitability. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across Sales, Commercial, Technical, and global teams. Experience with digital marketing, social media, and customer-facing marketing programs; experience supporting the United States market is preferred." - Skills: maybe overlapping with qualifications; but we could treat qualifications as skills? However we need to avoid filler. Could combine qualifications and skills? But we need to follow instruction: Use headings only when posting has real specific content for it. We have content for both qualifications and skills; we can split them as above. - Benefits: "What You’ll Get:" includes opportunity statements, collaborative environment, onsite 5 days per week, excellent salary, benefit offering and development opportunities. Also later: "In addition to salary, Sensient is proud to offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits program to support the holistic well-being of our employees and their families." Also "performance-based incentive pay." So we can list benefits. - Pay: salary range $120,000 - 148,000. Also mention pay based on factors, performance-based incentive pay. - Schedule: "on-site 5 days per week" maybe schedule. Also mention must reside in area or be willing to commute. Could be schedule: onsite 5 days per week. We must not include boilerplate like sponsorship, relocation, third party agency, EEO. We must not include duplicated lines. Skills

(No specific separate skills section beyond qualifications; but we need to include only if there is real content. The posting does not have a distinct "Skills" bullet list separate from qualifications. Could we omit Skills heading? The instruction: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it. Since there is no explicit "Skills" section, we should omit Skills heading. However we already used Qualifications for those skill-like items. So we can skip Skills.

But we need to consider if we should still include Skills heading with content from qualifications? Might be duplication. Better to omit Skills. Now Benefits:

We should not include About Sensient or About Sensient Agricultural Ingredients as they are not requested headings; but they are substantive info. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include that info somewhere. Where? Possibly under About the role? But that's about role, not company. Could add a section "About the company" but not in allowed headings list. The allowed headings list includes only those specific ones; we should not add other headings. However we could incorporate that info into existing sections, like About the role could include company description? But that would be mixing. The instruction: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., implying those are examples, but we should only use those headings when posting has real specific content for it. It doesn't forbid other headings, but says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It seems they expect us to use those headings only. However we must preserve ALL substantive information, including company description. Where to put it? Could be part of About the role? But that would be inaccurate. Perhaps we can include a brief paragraph under About the role that includes company description as context. The posting includes "About Sensient:" and "About Sensient Agricultural Ingredients:" after the benefits. That is substantive info about the company. We could incorporate that into a paragraph under About the role, maybe as a second paragraph. That would preserve info without adding a new heading. Thus About the role section will have two paragraphs: first the role description, second company overview. Let's craft:
