About The Role
The role drives user acquisition and brand awareness by developing and executing end-to-end demand-generation and content marketing strategies. Acting as a pivotal link between product and sales, the position focuses on scaling multi-channel campaigns that convert high-intent audiences into qualified pipeline. Operating in a remote environment, the role owns the execution of organic and paid acquisition efforts, leveraging performance data to continuously optimize the marketing funnel. The focus is on implementing sustainable growth tactics across search, paid media, and email marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Meta Ads to hit CAC and pipeline targets.
- Own the SEO strategy, directing keyword research, content briefs, and technical audits to increase organic search visibility and traffic.
- Build and scale automated email nurturing sequences within HubSpot or Marketo to move leads down the conversion funnel.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign KPIs using Google Analytics 4, Salesforce, and Excel, presenting actionable insights to leadership weekly.
- Collaborate with freelance writers, designers, and product teams to produce high-converting landing pages, ad creative, and editorial content.
- Manage the promotional budget, ensuring high efficiency of spend and proper attribution across self-serve and enterprise channels.
What We Are Looking For
- 4-7 years of experience in digital marketing or demand generation, preferably within a fast-growing B2B or B2C technology company.
- Proven track record of managing paid media budgets exceeding $15k/month while maintaining or reducing acquisition costs.
- Deep technical proficiency with CRM and marketing automation suites (HubSpot, Salesforce) and analytics platforms (GA4, Looker Studio).
- Strong copywriter capable of drafting compelling ad copy, email subject lines, and content outlines.
- Highly analytical mindset with advanced knowledge of multi-touch attribution, Excel pivot tables, and customer lifecycle metrics.
- Bonus: Experience with SQL, HTML/CSS for landing page customization, or graphic design tools like Figma.
