Marketing Manager — Revolution Group, LLC Are you a creative, driven marketing professional who enjoys building, creating, and executing? At Revolution Group, we're looking for a Marketing Manager to own and execute our marketing efforts across the firm. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to build something meaningful and directly impact the growth of a rapidly expanding wealth management firm. You'll wear multiple hats: writing content, managing digital platforms, creating campaigns, planning events, and growing our brand. The Role As Marketing Manager, you'll own the day-to-day execution of Revolution Group's marketing efforts, working closely with firm leadership and team members across wealth management, tax, and operations. This role centers on brand positioning, content creation, and hands-on project execution. What You'll Do Develop and write marketing content: blogs, newsletters, articles, client communications, brochures, and presentationsManage social media platforms, content calendars, and engagement trackingMaintain and update the company website and improve SEO performanceUse AI tools and emerging technology to improve marketing efficiencyPlan and execute client events, educational events, and open houses, including vendors and logisticsManage marketing projects, timelines, and vendor coordinationTrack marketing performance and identify areas for improvementSupport business development and recruiting initiatives What We're Looking For 3-7+ years of marketing experience across multiple channelsExperience in professional services, financial services, or another trust-based industry preferredStrong writing and communication skillsExperience with social media, email marketing, and digital platformsWebsite management and SEO experienceGraphic design experience with Canva and/or Adobe Creative SuiteComfort using AI tools to improve workflowsStrong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to work independentlySelf-starter who is humble, hungry, and smart, with high accountability and follow-through Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary based on experience, plus bonus opportunityHealth, dental, and vision insurance401k planPaid time off and holidays If you're looking for a role where you can build something meaningful and help tell the story of a firm redefining wealth management, we'd welcome a conversation.
