About the role

At RealCold, you're more than an employee—you’re part of a team that's building the future of cold chain logistics. We invest in our people by providing opportunities to learn, grow, and advance while fostering a culture built on integrity, accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for day-to-day execution across traditional and digital channels, content creation, and demand generation marketing. This is a high-output role that requires comfort with creative production, measurement, stakeholder collaboration, and AI-powered tooling. You will work cross-functionally to support the Commercial (Sales) Team, as well as manage external agency relationships to deliver integrated marketing programs that drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creative & Graphic Asset Development – Design and produce high-quality graphical assets across all channels including sales collateral, digital ads, social graphics, trade show materials, and email templates — using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma while maintaining the RealCold brand guidelines. Develop on-brand visual frameworks and messaging hierarchies for use across marketing touchpoints, ensuring consistency with RealCold positioning and value proposition. Own the production pipeline for new asset creation from brief through final delivery, with clear SLAs and version control; measure asset utilization and engagement rates to inform future creative decisions. Refresh and maintain the RealCold master brand kit, including template libraries, iconography, photography standards, and color/typography guidelines.

  • Positioning & Messaging Strategy – Develop and steward RealCold's core value proposition, competitive positioning, and messaging architecture — clearly articulating differentiation across service lines. Translate technical cold chain capabilities into customer-facing language that resonates with food manufacturers, retail distributors, and pharma/life sciences buyers. Measure audience response to understand messaging that resonates and drives conversions; track competitive positioning quarterly and update messaging playbooks accordingly. Partner with Sales to create slideware, objection-handling guides, and persona-based messaging — measurable through sales adoption rates and win-rate lift.

  • Presentation & Slideware Development – Build executive-grade PowerPoint slideware for prospect pitches, investor updates, trade conferences, and internal business reviews — with disciplined storytelling, clean data visualization, and on-brand design. Develop modular slide libraries that Sales can self-serve, including solution overviews, case studies, ROI calculators, and vertical-specific decks for food & beverage, retail, and pharma customers. Support C-suite with keynote and conference presentation development, incorporating data and customer proof points sourced with collaboration from operational teams.

  • Segmentation & Customer Storytelling – Define and execute vertical-specific marketing programs targeting key segments including food manufacturers, grocery & retail chains, and foodservice distributors, with tailored content, campaigns, and channel strategies for each. Develop segment-level narratives and case studies that quantify RealCold's impact (e.g., spoilage reduction rates, on-time delivery %, temperature excursion data) to drive credibility and inbound interest. Use CRM and web analytics data to score and prioritize segments; continuously refine ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) definitions and adjust content investments accordingly.

  • AI-Powered Marketing Efficiency – Actively leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) to accelerate content creation, ideation, image generation, video scripting, and SEO research. Build and maintain AI prompt libraries and workflow playbooks for repeatable use cases: email copy, social captions, blog outlines, ad variations, and persona-based messaging. Evaluate and recommend AI martech additions on a quarterly basis; present ROI projections before adoption and track actual time/cost savings post-implementation.

  • Email Marketing & Outreach Programs – Own end-to-end email marketing programs including list segmentation, template design, copy development, A/B testing, send scheduling, and performance reporting. Build automated nurture sequences in HubSpot tied to deal stage, buyer persona, and segment. Execute targeted outreach campaigns in coordination with the Sales Development team; develop personalized cadence copy for cold outreach, trade show follow-up, and re-engagement workflows. Maintain list hygiene, GDPR/CAN-SPAM compliance, and deliverability standards.

  • Data, Analytics & Marketing ROI – Own the marketing performance dashboard using tools such as HubSpot, Tableau, or Incorta — tracking KPIs including influenced pipeline, conversion rates, and channel-attributed revenue. Report on campaign ROI monthly to commercial leadership; build attribution models that connect marketing spend to pipeline stages and closed revenue. Instrument all campaigns with proper UTM tagging, conversion tracking, and CRM source attribution from day one; ensure data hygiene across marketing and sales systems.
