About the role
The Marketing Manager will join a growing marketing team as we support a rapidly growing business. The role will establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments. The manager should be proficient with day-to-day marketing activities and long-term strategizing, striving under tight deadlines to meet the company's changing needs.
Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
- Help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
- Conceptualize and execute on multichannel campaigns across multiple audiences, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels
- Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
- Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
- Aid in development and measurement of marketing KPIs and development of campaign ROI models, and provide reporting on marketing campaigns to determine effectiveness
- Develop dashboards and standardized reports to provide ongoing insights to marketing and sales stakeholders and work to ensure utilization and adoption of reporting
- Play an active, ongoing, and collaborative role with QTS stakeholders in Marketing - and in alignment with other QTS entities - on strategic community-based marketing initiatives
- Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned to advance organizational objectives
- Collaborate with external stakeholders to better understand the scope of community. Support the execution of marketing initiatives through coordination of campaign assets, timelines, and cross-team collaboration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Visual Design, or other related major or equivalent professional experience
- Two or more years of experience in a marketing role
- Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
- Experience with an analytics tool, preferably Google Analytics
