About the role

PPLIED is a hands-free hiring platform designed to simplify recruiting for both employers and job seekers. Recruiters post a role once and receive a daily shortlist of top-matched candidates automatically, with no job boards, searching, or fees. Job seekers upload a resume once and are matched to real roles, with applications handled on their behalf and direct messages from interested recruiters. The platform is free to use for both sides of the market, aiming to remove friction from the hiring process. PPLIED focuses on solving two core challenges—candidate sourcing and job searching—within a single, streamlined platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to grow awareness and adoption of PPLIED among recruiters and job seekers
• Plan and run digital campaigns
• Manage social media and content initiatives
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights
• Collaborate closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to refine messaging
• Develop go-to-market plans
• Ensure consistent brand positioning across all channels

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in marketing strategy development, campaign planning, and brand positioning
• Hands-on skills in digital marketing channels such as paid advertising, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media
• Ability to create and manage marketing content, including web copy, blogs, landing pages, and social media assets
• Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing analytics tools to track KPIs and optimize performance
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to manage projects, timelines, and budgets in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS or marketplace platforms, preferably in HR tech or recruiting, is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
