MARKETING MANAGER

About The Role
The Marketing Manager is responsible for stewardship of the pFriem brand and driving long-term growth through the development of strategies that increase brand awareness and consumer engagement. The Marketing Manager supports the Sales and Marketing Director by aligning sales and marketing priorities and translating company goals into clear, executable marketing initiatives that uphold our core values. This role also plays a key part in evolving pFriem beyond craft beer into a timeless, premium Pacific Northwest brand rooted in quality, culture, place, and experience.

Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in brand marketing, advertising, and promotion
- 2 years of experience managing people
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Beverage alcohol experience preferred
- Broad knowledge and experience in digital marketing, advertising, social media marketing, and event planning
- Experience working in competitive, team-first environment
- Self-driven, organized, and flexible to grow and learn new systems and processes
- Proven creative capability and experience working with creative agencies and partners
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
The ideal candidate is in the Columbia River Gorge, Portland, or SW Washington.
