Marketing Manager
About the role
The Marketing Manager will shape marketing strategy and execution for the member base. This role involves collaborating with internal teams to create and execute strategies that drive member engagement, loyalty, and satisfaction across products and services.
Responsibilities
- Consumer Marketing: Develop and execute member-centric marketing campaigns to drive adoption, utilization, and satisfaction, focusing on clinical outcomes and behavioral change.
- Increase awareness and adoption of services, using data-driven strategies to boost engagement and retention.
- Test and implement new marketing tactics tailored to member segments to enhance engagement and loyalty.
- Serve as a marketing subject matter expert for the owned lifecycle, providing strategic insights and guidance to internal stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and keep the organization updated on key initiatives, timelines, and progress.
- Collaborate with Data Science to design experiments, implement models, and analyze data to optimize campaign insights and analytics.
- Lead monthly reporting and performance reviews, analyzing trends, identifying challenges, and offering actionable recommendations to optimize campaigns.
- Proactively drive improvements in processes, communication, and campaign execution to achieve marketing goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of consumer marketing experience required, preferably in B2C or B2B2C.
- Proven track record of driving growth with set targets and timelines, meeting measurable marketing goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions (Excel, Tableau, or similar tools).
- Experience executing multi-channel campaigns across email required, SMS, push notifications, direct mail, and phone preferred.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience developing and executing strategic marketing plans in collaboration with creative teams.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and passion for improving healthcare access, with a customer-centric focus on member engagement and satisfaction.
Pay
$70-$75/HR (depends on experience level). This is a contract position with candidates expected to work 40 hours/week.
