Marketing Manager
Purpose
The Marketing Manager will develop and execute a strategic marketing plan to grow existing member business, drive new memberships, and create OE Federal awareness with union prospects as well as the broader marketplace. They will introduce new tools and technologies to drive OE’s digital presence, create and flawlessly execute multi-channel marketing efforts that are both on message & brand, and measure impact for optimum learning purposes.
What You'll Do
- Develop and leads a highly functional marketing team, responsible for key management duties such as team hiring, performance evaluations, setting objectives, training, and performance evaluations.
- Create and direct the annual marketing plan and select product marketing plans.
- Leads all phases of promotional and advertising marketing campaigns designed to increase member adoption and loyalty, build brand awareness, and generate incremental revenue.
- Build strong working relationships cross-functionally with numerous internal departments for planning / execution purposes and for achieving organizational goals and objectives.
- Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues across departments and branches to deliver optimal and efficient service to our members.
- Uphold a standard of professionalism actively fostering positive relationships internally and externally.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the credit union’s products and services, ensuring compliance with applicable Federal and State laws, Credit Union banking regulations, and OE Federal Credit Union’s policies and procedures and current promotions.
Ideal Candidate Will Possess
- Associates degree in an applicable field AND minimum 4 years of work experience in a Manager-level role OR High School Diploma/GED AND minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role required.
- Ability to motivate, develop, and lead a team and influence others in a collaborative fashion across the credit union.
- Ability to think analytically in the development of strategic plans, while also having strong execution / tactical skills.
- Experience with modern marketing tools, including digital channels and measurement / tracking capabilities.
- Able to turn member insights into effective new marketing plans.
- Experience in the financial services industry (credit unions preferred).
- Creative thinker with a results-oriented approach.
- Working knowledge of member related databases and core tools (required).
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and can swiftly execute with high quality.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively (both verbal and written) for gaining organizational alignment.
Salary Range
$124,684 - $132,397/annually
