Marketing Manager

About the role

As a Marketing Manager for NVR, parent company of Ryan Homes, you'll help create, manage and analyze marketing campaigns to sell homes, connecting house-hunting prospects with a new dream home. You'll work alongside sales management teams to keep advertised information current, compliant, and customer-friendly.

Responsibilities

• Make an impact: Impact the customer and employee experience with meaningful analysis and marketing & conversion recommendations supporting sales goals.
• Grow: Learn how to analyze and influence marketing performance issues at macro and micro levels.
• Drive change: Identify trends, provide feedback, and make recommendations for improvements, tools, and content.
• Direct Management: Supervise a team of Marketing professionals.

Requirements

• A good communicator who thrives on coaching and solving problems.
• Relentlessly curious about why marketing works…and why it doesn’t.
• Passionate about digital marketing, sales process, and customer experience.
• An analytical mind who is also an effective data storyteller.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience.
• Project Management experience is a plus.
