Marketing Manager
About the role
As a Marketing Manager for NVR, parent company of Ryan Homes, you'll help create, manage and analyze marketing campaigns to sell homes, connecting house-hunting prospects with a new dream home. You'll work alongside sales management teams to keep advertised information current, compliant, and customer-friendly.
Responsibilities
- Make an impact: Impact the customer and employee experience with meaningful analysis and marketing & conversion recommendations supporting sales goals.
- Grow: Learn how to analyze and influence marketing performance issues at macro and micro levels.
- Drive change: Identify trends, provide feedback, and make recommendations for improvements, tools, and content.
- Direct Management: Supervise a team of Marketing professionals.
Requirements
- A good communicator who thrives on coaching and solving problems.
- Relentlessly curious about why marketing works…and why it doesn’t.
- Passionate about digital marketing, sales process, and customer experience.
- An analytical mind who is also an effective data storyteller.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience.
- Project Management experience is a plus.
