Responsibilities
- Supervise the day-to-day creative and content output of the Newfire marketing team, reviewing AI-generated assets and ensuring all deliverables meet brand standards before distribution.
- Partner with the Digital Marketing Manager to build campaigns that generate qualified leads, feed nurture programs, and convert interest into sales conversations.
- Drive the thought leadership pipeline by identifying timely industry topics, coordinating interviews with subject matter experts, and guiding the development of high-value content assets.
- Own social media strategy and execution, developing platform-specific content plans that grow audience engagement and reinforce brand positioning.
- Act as the connective layer between the marketing team, ensuring clear information flow and aligned priorities.
- Serve as a key editorial checkpoint for campaign assets, reviewing content for tone, brand voice, accuracy, and audience relevance before final approval.
- Track content and campaign engagement metrics, surfacing insights to the Sr. Director of Marketing and recommending adjustments to improve performance.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a team lead, senior, or supervisory capacity, ideally within a marketing agency or embedded client services environment.
- A demonstrated track record of running campaigns that generate qualified leads and measurable pipeline.
- Experience managing content production workflows and overseeing creative output across multiple campaigns tied to bookings goals.
- Strong content instincts with the ability to review and refine AI-generated copy, social assets, and multimedia content for accuracy and impact.
- Hands-on experience with social media strategy, including platform-specific content planning, scheduling, and performance analysis.
- Familiarity with thought leadership development, including identifying trending topics, coordinating with subject matter experts, and guiding long-form content from concept to publication with a clear line of sight to demand creation.
- Comfort working alongside sales, understanding the buyer's journey, and building content and campaigns that support prospects from first touch through closed business.
- Fluency with funnel metrics (MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, cost per lead, pipeline contribution, etc.) and the ability to use them to prioritize resources.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines and communicate proactively across teams.
- Collaborative communicator who can bridge gaps between creative and digital initiatives without losing momentum.
Nice to Have
- Experience marketing within the healthcare, health tech, or enterprise software industries.
- Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) programs targeting enterprise buyers.
- Experience supporting sales enablement efforts.
- Familiarity with AI-powered content and design tools such as Jasper, Canva AI, or Invideo.

Pay
Total compensation for this role is market-driven, with a salary range of $90,000 - $100,000. Base pay is determined based on a candidate's skills, expertise, and experience.
