About the role
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company goals
- Manage all aspects of digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content creation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and business objectives
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to inform strategic decisions
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in marketing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in marketing
- Proven track record of successful campaign execution and results
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in marketing software tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Adobe Creative Suite
