About the role

Responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. Manage cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals and objectives. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with business strategy. Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Ensure alignment with company values and brand guidelines. Lead the development and implementation of marketing plans that meet budget constraints and strategic objectives. Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts support sales goals and drive revenue growth. Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to senior leadership. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform marketing strategies and tactics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with CRM systems and analytics tools.
