Position Overview The Marketing Research Manager / SEO Content Specialist will support our digital marketing and search team, managing content production workflows and driving SEO performance across micron.com. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable coordinating with internal teams and external agencies. Key Responsibilities Conduct keyword research for blog and glossary topics using SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush)Develop SEO-driven content outlines for business units, blog articles, and product pagesCoordinate with writers, agencies, internal stakeholders, and AI tools throughout content productionManage content workflow, maintain pipeline visibility, and track status for stakeholdersOptimize and review draft content for strong SEO structure and target keywords alignmentBuild high-quality backlinks through offsite outreachStrengthen internal linking by connecting related pages for improved site structureReport on content performance and provide actionable insights for improvementsEnhance content clarity, structure, and entity coverage for GEO/LLM performanceExpand FAQ sections with concise, accurate, AI-friendly responses Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field3+ years’ experience in SEO, content management, or digital marketingProficiency with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics)Strong writing and editing skillsExperience managing content workflows and stakeholder communicationsUnderstanding of on-page optimization and internal linking best practicesExcellent organizational and communication skills Work Arrangement This is an on-site position located at our main Boise, ID facility.
