Accountabilities
- Execute and optimize revenue-focused marketing programs that increase brand awareness, generate qualified opportunities, and support customer acquisition.
- Combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution across multiple marketing channels.
- Execute lead generation campaigns designed to increase qualified pipeline and support business growth objectives.
- Support inbound and outbound marketing initiatives across digital, email, social, and web channels.
- Partner with Sales teams to align campaigns with target audiences, customer segments, and revenue priorities.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize initiatives based on engagement, conversion, and pipeline metrics.
- Manage social media execution, including LinkedIn strategy, content scheduling, and audience engagement.
- Develop and distribute content including thought leadership materials, product messaging, customer stories, and marketing communications.
- Maintain content calendars and ensure consistent brand presence across relevant channels.
- Execute SEO initiatives, identify keyword opportunities, and support website optimization efforts.
- Monitor website analytics and recommend improvements to increase traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Create reports and dashboards highlighting key marketing metrics, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches, go-to-market initiatives, and ongoing marketing improvements.
Requirements
- Hands-on marketing professional with experience driving digital campaigns, supporting lead generation efforts, and using data to improve marketing outcomes.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- 4-7+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, lead generation, social media, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, with SaaS experience strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting or leading revenue-focused marketing initiatives.
- Hands-on experience managing social media channels, particularly LinkedIn, along with email marketing and content distribution.
- Strong writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and identify optimization opportunities.
- Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Familiarity with SEO tools, website analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, and marketing reporting dashboards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience in HR technology, payroll, PEO, fintech SaaS, or similar industries is a plus.
- Previous experience in startup or high-growth environments is preferred.
- Exposure to account-based marketing, lifecycle marketing, or managing external marketing resources is an advantage.
